She is so sweet! She is settling in well; she sleeps in a crate in our bedroom at night and seems really comfortable. During the day, she’s had lots of playtime, including meeting the neighbors’ dogs yesterday. We took her to our vet today, and he said that she is healthy. We are delighted to have her! We’ve renamed her Francie after the protagonist of “A Tree Grows in Brooklyn,” a favorite book in our family. We feel like we’ve struck the puppy-love lottery!
