Good afternoon JoyI am sorry it took me so long to get back to you .. I want to thank you so much for “Bubbles” ( now known as Georgia) She is a wonderful pup .. smart gentle loving and today she plopped on her spot on the sofa and did not curl up just spread out so I think she is getting to feel at home
She is doing very well on house breaking and the adjustment for all the other pets is going very well. Please thank Wanda for me although I will call her .. she was wonderful and is always a welcome guest in our home if she should come to Connecticut again

Hi!! Our family adopted Sugar, who is now Edie back in June. I cannot tell you the happiness she brought us. She was a lil roughed up when she took that long drive to CT but she has come a long way and is the most loving dog I have ever encountered. Everyone she meets offers to doggie-sit her because of her amazing personality and love of people and other animals. A few weeks ago we adopted a special needs kitten and Edie treats it as her baby. She cleans it and carries it around in her mouth. Edie goes just about everywhere we go. This past weekend we took her to the beach where she ran, learned to swim and played with all the other dogs. Upon moving in, she quickly took over our living room as her room. I am in the process of buying new furniture so I can move her and “her couch” into the spare room and have my living room back – although she is most happy in the bed with us!! Hi Joy,
Just wanted to send along another update on Wally (originally Peanut) for your website. He is just the BEST little dog ever and has been adjusting just fine. He actually seemed adjusted and right at home during his first week! He is such a good listener, so sweet and is so loveable. I can’t imagine our lives now without him. Every time we have Wally out and about he makes everyone smile and we are constantly being stopped! He is the talk of the town!
Thank you again for all you did to help us adopt Wally. We are in so in love with him!

Barley and Mason had their check up yesterday and everyone is doing great. Barley is on her
last round of ALBON for the cocidia and she now weights 7.2 lbs and is in perfect health. He is just giving her the Albon to make sure the conccidia isn’t lying dormant in her little system. Mason is a
whopping 11.9 lbs and is turning into a beautiful boy. He loves his training treats. They both sit, down, high five and RUN.. BOY DO THEY RUN!!!!! lol Thanks again for such wonderful babies. See attached pics taken a few nights ago when they wanted on the bed (which of course is where they sleep). Will send more pics once we get out and about with them. They finally have their last round of shots and can go out and about. Can’t wait to see how they react to parks and camping
etc.

She is doing so well. She is so friendly and affectionate, and has done beautifully with every dog and cat she has met. She is now inseparable from our elderly black lab, and won’t go out or eat unless he is with her doing the same thing. She is clearly learning from him, and now sits nicely before getting her dinner or a treat. She likes to play with him and he is so tolerant of her puppy antics.
I took her out on a walk with some friends and three other puppies and she was so funny. She is ten times faster than any of them! She is so pretty when she runs. They romped and played. We came to a stream and the other three dogs jumped right in (they are retrievers, and had been to this place before). Gracie had us doubled over in laughter. She was not so sure about the water, because she’s had a bath and didn’t much enjoy it, so she danced around the edge of the water testing it out, meanwhile gazing longingly at the other three happy, paddling dogs. She rolled in the mud a little, splashed a little, ran back and forth and finally decided, hey, I’m going it. At which point she blasted at full speed right straight into the water. Of course that put her way out over her head before she even knew it! She started paddling furiously and paddled so hard she launched herself halfway out of the water up into the air. Of course she got the hang of it quickly.
At home she is just a love. She sleeps with my daughter but we had to buy her a little dog bed and put it down at the foot of the bed, because otherwise she’d creep right up onto the pillow next to Karina’s head! Now she runs in a curls up in her bed when she sees Karina brushing her teeth.
I can’t express to all of you how grateful we all are that you saved Gracie for us. She is an endless delight and we are all completely smitten. She comes everywhere with us and is so well-behaved in the car and on a leash in a crowd that it’s easy to bring her. In fact a crowd forms whenever we bring her out because her personality is so attractive.
Again, many thanks to all of you and rest assured, Gracie is a now a pampered princess with a loving family!

Formerly Lydia, Fiona was resting after a long day at play. She was adopted by a family who treats her special. She gets to play with other visiting dogs and children and is enjoyed by all members of the family. She is even better than expected! She left here in a crate that made her feel as though she was in a palace, until they took a turn, in which case she slid side to side, but it was loaded with toys, and a big chewy bone.
